Re: [TANGO-L] Tango Singers
The only ones that I can think of off the top of my head are:
Brian Chambouleyron
He has a great voice and can be heard on these two albums:
Le Canta A Gardel
(http://www.tangostore.com/busqueda.php?idxinterprete=3353)
Patio De Tango (http://www.tangostore.com/cds_detalle.php?idx=1219) On this
one he sings a duet with Lidia Borda on the most beautiful version of
Palomita Blanca.
-------------------------------
Daniel Melingo .. he is definately an aquired taste... His style is a very
old style.. people who like Canyengue should definately check his music out.
He does sing too much... but then again.. he is a singer. I do wish he did a
few instrumentals.
Tangos Bajos
(http://www.tangostore.com/cds_detalle.php?idx=497&busq=melingo)
Ufa! (http://www.tangostore.com/cds_detalle.php?idx=1743&busq=melingo)
All the best,
Clint

Send "Where can I Tango in <city>?" requests to Tango-A rather than to
Tango-L, since you can indicate the region. To subscribe to Tango-A,
send "subscribe Tango-A Firstname Lastname" to LISTSERV @MITVMA.MIT.EDU.
